Customer Assistance
We offer comprehensive training and support in order to make your Teletrac experience as seamless as possible.
Customer support is available for assistance via phone and email (Pacific Standard Time):
- Monday – Friday 4 a.m. – 6 p.m. (email and phone)
- Saturday 6 a.m. – 3 p.m. (email and phone)
Online Training Support
● On-site training can be scheduled by our specialists.
● Online training programs are available on-demand, 24/7.
24/7 Stolen Vehicle Assistance
● Our stolen vehicle assistance team is available to provide support—24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
● Fleets have the capability to notify officials of a stolen vehicle’s exact location.
● Exception alerts are activated when a vehicle strays from its route or has an unauthorized stop.
Warranty Information
All service visits are covered by a 90-day warranty. VLUs are covered by a lifetime warranty. Examples of unwarranted items or voided warranties include (but are not limited to): self-installation or removal, equipment tampering or modifications, water or fire damage and a blown fuse or antenna.
